My Tiguan order hit the 14 month waiting spot last Wednesday but told the car has been built and is on its way. They said there is a good possibility of getting the car this month but with just next week and the few days between Christmas and the New Year time is running out for December delivery. I got my fingers crossed for next week and thought that maybe the dealer was delaying my order just another week so they can invite me to the dealership’s Christmas party while they unwrap my new car as the centre piece of the party.
Fingers crossed – heavily depends on the port, most likely. It could sit up to 3-4 weeks (or more over the holidays) in Grimsby, not sure about Tyne or Sheerness.
Good to see that at least some VWs make it to the customers.. i’ll get there, eventually.
