When I handed my last car back the dealer decided the car was acceptable for GCB and updated the MB system while I was sitting there. No photos where taken. Just a checklist.
MB didn’t do any checking or decision making.
The GCB was paid into my bank within minutes of the dealer updating the system whilst I was still sitting with the dealer.
