    Hi sorry you have it wrong the dealer is not at fault they want to help me it is Motability that have stopped it? tim

    What have motibilty actualy said?

    Surely the dealer if as you are saying the dealer is willing why don’t they just do it.

    Motability normaly say sort a problem with your dealer first and then go to them if you get no where.

    Something is a miss here. Are you sure its not the dealer thats un-willing to deliver and Motability have no real say, because its not in Motability’s the contact with dealers that they must do this.
