When my Skoda’s MOT was due last year, I asked for collection and return they point blank refused collection and return, saying is was due to covid. They did say I could have a loan car but, would have to pay £25 disinfectant charge. I just booked it into my local Qwikfit. Unfortunately you have little option, but take it in yourself if your car is due for a service.
