- My ninja foodi is one of the older pots and alas doesn’t have sous vide or dehydration. I do have a sous vide cooker system tho and often use it for steaks. I’ve got a vacuum sealer, in fact I’ve 2 lol.
Sealing them is a big help and better than ziplocks.
