This exact thing happened to us. Ordered a Peugeot 3008 GT line premium, or whatever it’s called, the top spec. Specifically for the electric tail gate and the heated seats.
Car arrived in May. No heated seats, manual seat adjustment all missing. Rejected the car, the dealership were not bothered about either trying to fix the issue or even re order with the right stuff without the up charge.
walked away and ordered a Kia Sportage – still waiting though.
