Hyundai confirmed my order was shipping and handover would be 17th Dec. Then 2 weeks later, it won’t be built until 6th Jan with a delivery in mid May for some reason.
I’m sure the car is great, but hyundais allocation and customer service is extremely poor and confusing.
I spoke to my dealer and they have no idea why its happening, but he also said even if I cancel. It still gets built as motability buy the car? Its all a bit weird, and it seems some of us are waiting much longer than other companies + it makes no sense how people have ordered in July and got it in November.
