I have also had an email about the payment of £350. My understanding is that it is part of the good condition bonus that is paid at the end of the lease, provided of course the car is in good condition but it is part only of the bonus and the balance of £250 will be paid when the lease ends. There is also £250 paid when you take delivery of a new car. Hope this helps.
