    Good advice from kezo but just to add before the possibility of jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire most if not all dealers are in a rock or a hard place to mention just another phrase as they have as much information as the manufacturer gives them and that’s almost next to nothing.

    All they can do is to apologise on behalf of the manufacture and in the 54 weeks since I ordered and yet to be delivered car I’ve heard from my dealer about 4 times and one of those was the Motability specialist telling me there moving to another job with another dealer probably because of the stress.

    So you could get a phone call every week or every 3 months but the end result will be the same.
