dcdick, it is a common issue and an easy fix and shouldnt affect your place in the queue as its purely the paperwork between the dealer and motability that needs changing. the dealer simply cancels the original order with motability and puts in a new order 5mins later at the new ap.
probably best to go in and do it face to face, it seems to be the best way to get answers and action.
