I know of at least two disabled veterans who work for Motability Operations.
One is in a relatively senior back-office role, whilst the other is in a customer contact role.
There could well be more.
I don’t think asking Motability how many disabled staff they have would prove fruitful, as some disabled people choose not to say if they have a disability (particularly if a non-visible disability that has absolutely no effect on their role/job). Also, as a private company, Motability Operations have no compellability to release this information.
There are no ‘quota’ schemes for the employment of disabled people nowadays either.
