No answers i have had an order for a car since Dec 2021 and was supposed to get it in April and i was told it had not been built, now i was then told it would be built in May and it would be the new updated model. I was told a few weeks ago the dealer has the car but to cut a long story short it now appears i do not have the updated model i have the 2021 year car and not only that due to some regulation the paper work has to be updated by the Manufacturer and i may get it in Sep but no date to when.I am fed up and have tried calling Motability but the phone just rings and rings i even called the Grants team who were not that helpful in that they said i could not go for another car if i could find one in another make in other words we will not let you have an upgraded car.
