In fact today we took a couple of camping chairs, sandwiches, chocolate and two cold coffees into the forest. Gradually we are all learning more about the car, and hopefully can share the experiences with others. A home charger for me is essential, I wouldn’t want to rely on public charging although there are many who do this perfectly well. I am planning to visit family in London, and whilst the return journey is 250 miles I need to add another 25 gor journey’s between various relatives. I have found 2 charging options, both of which offer 100kWh, and in fact 350kWh. With a max charging capacity of 77kWh. I reckon a 10 min charge will add around 45 miles of range which should be more than sufficient to get me home.
