@tillyman Type2 / AC charging (anything up to 22KW) you will need to use your own cable. This is the ‘good’ type of charge like you have at home which is safe to take to 100% all the time. ‘Rapid’ / CCS / DC Charging (usually 50kw+) will have a cable included. (This is the one where you use both parts of the charge port)
@kezo You’re unlikely to be able to install 11KW at home, as the DNO would need to upgrade you to a 3 phase power supply and they’d probably quote you an arm and a leg for it. Best to just install 7KW unless you live in an industrial warehouse or something and have 3 phase already. Think the DNO prices for 3 phase installs range from 1000+
You can technically build a phase bridged supply (angles dont matter in EVs) but you would get very undesirable results.
