Back in May I asked about what the situation would be if there was a change in the specs of a car on order. In my case my MINI order; I believe someone else had a similar question about the MINI. Since I ordered my car back at the beginning of February MINI have streamlined their range; removing some trim levels and options simplifying the option list and (greatly) increasing the specs on the remaining trims, resulting in a several thousand pound increase in the price. I knew I would get the higher spec’ed car but wasn’t sure where it would leave my AP. A few days ago my dealer contacted me and confirmed my AP would not be increasing. It should be here in September.
