I ordered my Mokka SRI Auto.on the 2/2/22, was given the date 9/7/22,(TODAY). But the salesman said it won’t be that long.The dealership never give me any updates, I have to ring them for updates.My last call I was told it has not gone in to production yet
So I said if I cancel do I get my deposit back? Was told flatly NO. As the car has been reserved for me.To which I asked what car ? It does not exist. Then I asked why am I seeing NEW Mokka SRI on a 22 plate driving around. No real was given.He just said it shouldn’t be long now, and no news is good news ?I said for you maybe, and you were quick enough taking my deposit. Frustrated and disappointed,and angry
