Btw, went on a scenic drive in your area(ish) two days ago, up Blwch Mountain, Afan Valley Road, Cymmer etc. Very pretty. Nice drone footage, too.
Blwch mount is is a nice scenic drive in summer. A few years ago I was coming home from Ferndale in a MB Sprinter when we had heavy snow. A few minutes later I heard on the radio the pass had been closed, how I made it up I don’t know, Needless to say I needed a change of pants when I got home.
I also believe Blwch is a dark sky discovery site.
