I still think the Corolla 2.0 GR Sport hatchback is one of the best looking cars on the road… especially in bi-tone black & white. I shortlisted it when I changed cars last year and in the end, it lost out by a whisker. My sister-in-law has one in a light metallic grey & it looks beautiful.
The only problem with the 2.ol hatch is that the battery is in the boot and it’s tiny.
Hence why 2 years ago it got cut from the list. Plus from the time of looking at cars and actually being able to order, ap’s on all trim levels went up hugely. Think icon was £0 ap then also.. Not to bad right now but in higher trim level the ap’s are £2,195 for 2.0l icon hatch.. as opposed to £495 for 1.8l.
