As a motability customer who has also joined this compensation scheme re emissions scandle we did suffer losses. We had to pay an advanced payment to lease the vehicle and we had to have a portion or all of our motability portion of PIP or DLA deducted every 4 weeks for the duration of the three year hire. In my case that would be the £800 deposit and approximately £300 4xweekly lost as a result of the deception so thats approxinately £11,600 over the three years hire that a motability customer pays from their allowance.
