I did message Hyundai uk on Facebook with the order number anyone know how long they take to reply I did get a message saying Hi Chris, I will send a message over to our Supply Team and will come back to you as soon as this is received

It should be 48 hours however I was told allow up to 10 days as they are swamped with queries.
