If I recall correctly, when the first Oxford AZ vaccines became available the UK ordered them early. A while later EU were trying to get our deliveries stopped and keep them for the EU.
If we were still in the EU, I believe that our access to Covid-19 vaccines would have been greatly reduced.
Not saying that overall Brexit was good, or bad. Just answering your initial question.
