Wigwam, I was charged £25 for the fuel in my last (current) Volvo when I collected it in October of 2018. I can’t be sure, but I don’t think I was charged for the fuel in my first Motability car, collected in September of 2015, though that was a Ford rather than a Volvo. I expect it varies from dealer to dealer.
