Similar to my wife – it alleviates her hip/back pain and raynauds.
In regards to tech in general, our car hasn’t missed a beat, and it has basically everything. The auto parking is a bit naff, more like a party trick to “impress” the neighbour once, but radar guided cruise control is nice on the motorway (just stick it behind a lorry), collision avoidance is because why not etc.
Do i need all the tech, no. Is it nice to have it? Sure. The only thing to ever break on our car (apart from tyres) was a button in the dashboard, with the spring behind it breaking. Incidentally, it was the electric boot button (another feature that i’ll be sorely missing in the new car).
