    Thanks for your help.

    This is my first mobility car so I don’t know how it works.

    I have actually just been to a Honda garage and ordered a HRV which is in stock and only waiting a month for the car. It is not as big as the Rav 4 but I need a power boot and all the advance prices have gone up.

    I got a part ex on my car to pay for the payment.

    whilst in there he filled in mobility forms on the computer, this is something they didn’t do at the Toyota garage in August and said you will be sent a pin by mobility, again something I didn’t get from Toyota.

    It’s starting to look like they didn’t put my order through at Toyota if you ask me in August last year
