There needs to be a review of Motability. It’s not right that a company set up to help disabled people get cars, using benefits, can make so much profit. It’s just wrong.
I think Motability should handle the insurance, the VAT and the transfer of benefits. Then each car manufacturer can have their own mini scheme that Motability would pay the money to. They should not profiting from selling our used cars.
Why is it fair that someone who puts 3000 miles on their car in 3 years doesn’t get something back from the higher resale value.
