the difference is also to do with the repeal of crown immunity, pre 2004 you could not sue the mod for pain and suffering etc and get compensation. post 2004 you can get a compensation lump sum and the disability payment. quite how they reckon an extra 7 quid a week is worth what we went through lol.mind if i live to 3 figures i suppose it would represent a fair bit of change over 50 years.
although i cant see that happening, twice i have had motability reps say they thought we were all dead already.
