Delightful surprise just after lunch. Glanced skywards and saw an eagle. As ever, did not flap the mighty barn door wings at all. Just gently hung on the air pulling huge circles then, no doubt deciding that it had spotted a potential mid-afternoon snack, accelerated like the clappers towards food. Again, not one flap of wing. Understand that a number of Sea Eagles have been introduced on the Isle of Wight so assume this was one of them. ?
