you can go to shops etc for the person without her/him being there, but it should be for them. if only driver is lives away from the customer i think they will want to put a tracker on, maybe unless car is left at her address when not being used.
way to go may be to use moey to get a secondhand one. an ex motability one can be a good buy. Last one i bought was a cmax; 3.5 yrs old and low mileage. i had it 11 years. great buy. if i was fitter i would do it again.
