Well LL it’s bit of a joke delivery when ,dealerships knows nothing ,motability knows nothing ,manufacturer knows nothing, even with pandemic problems is this a way to treat customers with orders in ????.
Why can’t these people creat & issue news letters to waiting customers, & there is also these reports of mercedes putting all build efforts into electric cars & high end bigger mercedes cars,it’s said that this could backfire on them, mercedes like to encourage customers that buy new cars motability fleet or private buyers to stay mercedes customers, buyers won’t forget how they have been treated, if poor customer relations continue.
Yes it’s an irritating mess ,no updates no approx delivery dates,it just goes on & on.
