Response to Macmark. I contacted Motability. The lady on the end of the phone couldn’t give a monkeys. I have written back to the branch dealer today to find a solution. He’s not in today, but back in tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
Sorry to hear that Sonny, I hope you have better luck with the dealer. When I initially contacted Motability to let them know my car wasn’t going to be ready before the baby was due they offered to arrange a short term hire car for 2-3 weeks if the dealer was unable to come up with a courtesy car.
