Sorry to disagree, but you can. A granny cable draws about 10 amps and can be used with an extension of the appropriate current rating quite happily as long as the plugs and sockets are in good condition.
And if you can’t find it in the specs, I’m sure the dealer will be able to tell you how long the supplied cable is.
