The attraction to businesses is massive as they are never sick, never tired, never up nor down, can work 24/7, very little ongoing costs after purchase.
Looking human should only be used where required. Homebots should be humanoid as they could be used as companions also 24/7 care, conversation and companionship. Doctors and surgeons similarly.
Amazon and companies like this will be using them extensively as these types of factories and this type of work is ready made for robots.
Strangely enough tests show that robots work most successfully when partnered with humans, strange but true apparently.
