The times I’ve heard that “they’ve only got to look at you” and still I had to go to tribunal to get HR PIP but at least now I’ve got the tribunal judges notes saying why I need PIP but should never get to that staged of wasting tax payers money on tribunals in the first place.
Just a word of warning Janet if you refuse to go to anything they ask you to go for they can stop your PIP.
BTW same boat here as your husband but down the left side for me brought on by stress from work and being over worked at work, something they never tell you about in the text books as they feel good in themselves by making out its your own fault for drinking and eating to much.
