I ordered a Hyundai Kona EV in Surfy Blue last week it was approved by Motability on Tuesday.
I was told by the dealer ordering an EV with Motability automatically generates a response from Motability about an home charger.
I got this text from Motability Wednesday morning ….

Basically some questions about your home / driveway ownership etc.
Then I got a text from bp pulse on Friday evening ……

This is an in depth questionnaire where you have to prove your order for an EV and upload photos of the paperwork.
Choose tethered or untethered charger
Also pics of your meter / fuse/ consumer unit boards / isolators etc. and location / distance in relationship to where you want the charger fitting.
Also pics of your driveway showing your house
(I tried quite hard to no avail to get the pod point one but Motability were having non of it. Saying they only do pod point for certain vehicles all french from what I recall.
Motability did say they are aware of all the negative reviews and that higher management were in discussions with bp pulse to get their act together)
I am currently waiting for bp pulse to get back to me re a home survey.
