Not everyone can afford a new car whether that be an EV or an ICE car so all the people listed above will do as they do now and buy a cheaper second hand car. Within the next few years EV’s will be cheaper than ICE so soon all new cars will be cheaper which eventually make the second hand cars cheaper helping those on tighter budgets.
