Was asked to pay a £500 deposit by VW dealer. Said I wasn’t too keen on the idea since Motability were buying the car not me. The agreed to waive the fee. Did not fancy all the hassle of trying to get it back if they failed to deliver, extending delivery etc. and I chose to go elsewhere.
