Machoco, Motability Operations is not a normal commercial organisation answerable to its shareholders. It is answerable to and operates on behalf of Motability the charity who it accounts to by way of the charity’s Oversight Committee.
Seems to me, the way to address it’s deficiencies is to put pressure on the charity through its own structures.
