Ring the dealer again,email is a total waste of time to these dealers,ask for the order number and the motability reference number to make sure it is the correct car,on motability go to the car you want,in the specs the motability reference number will be at the bottom at right hand side,sorry you are starting again from scratch i would go to another dealer as you are not losing any time now
