Thanks everyone, could not believe how long it took. Firstly i had to have an isolation switch fitted in the outside electric box because i have a 100 amp fuse, this delayed the installation by 2 weeks. Then on the day of installation the electrician said he could not fit the connection to my current fuse box so he had to fit a secondary unit in the kitchen alongside my own, luckily this is in a cupboard so its out of site but he wanted to fit an external one which was huge and would have looked stupid on the side of the house but her indoors was having none of that lol. I have attached pictures of the additions just so anyone expecting an installation knows what to expect.
