You’re going to have to talk to your neighbour before you can do anything else. Could it be they’re out and don’t know it’s barking?
If you can’t resolve it there it’s a matter for your local environmental health people who can take action as a Statutory Noise Nuisance. They may want you to keep a log of times the dog barks for a week and record the sound inside where you work.
