I’m due to change in April but I’ve decided to keep my BMW X1 2.0d Xdrive if motability will allow me to extend.
The Beemer has everything I need, it’s fast enough when I need it, not that I need it much now, the auto box is the best I’ve ever used and it holds the road so well. Tyre/road noise really isn’t bad, I didn’t have the run flat tyres fitted which can make a difference to noise and harseness. Yes the interior is a bit dated but it as buttons and the fantastic idrive, I had the option of the heads up display fitted, which is a brill piece of kit . The sliding rear seat is a great feature it does split so you can carry a passenger in the back as well as having more boot space.
