Hi Markymate, i called them yesterday and the chap who replaced Azar is called Matthew but “he was on the phone and he will call you back in a bit”, I’m still waiting

Hi Chris, I finally got to talk to him on Thursday. He seemed keen but stressed as he is on his own. Was getting worried as they are transferring my number plate, I’ve had to send my paperwork 3 times, Nathan, Azar and now Matthew, but he assured me its all under control now. I’ve had updates from Seat customer services and after 16 days at Emden the car is now in the UK. Do you know where your Ateca is?
