I’m sure it will come with a ‘granny’ cable. 3 pin domestic plug. Selling an electric car without means to recharge the batteries would be equivalent to welding up the fuel cap on a normal car.
Totally agree it SHOULD be included in the cost, but you have to choose it as a £180 drivers assistance option in the configuration, CRAZY
