An app is only an aid to meeting people in the real world, a short cut if you like. Meeting people, liking the look of them and then have the courage to approach them, not knowing what they think of you, is difficult.
An app allows you to see who is looking to meet someone, on the market so to speak. Find out a bit about them, likes dislikes, hobbies etc before deciding wether to meet up.
I am not disabled but I assume having a disability could make it more difficult to do the above.
