The 85 year old lady next door has been called for her injection, 35 miles away in Birmingham, she rung our local surgery to see if she could get in done just down the road in Stafford, answer NO, we don’t deal with them, you will have to go to Cannock or Rugeley. Does not fill you with enthusiasm
