Yes they do tend to be sneaky on the phone assessments I found,questioning how long can you walk for not how far.My wife was also asked about how often she drives,she said probably 2 or 3 times per week,so you put the fuel in the car as well then they ask,she is in a wheelchair and said she never puts the fuel as she is in a wheelchair and leaves me to do it.What you’re saying you never put the fuel in like she is totally lying about it the assessor asks in a most sarcastic tone!The wife is still awaiting her result and I can’t wait to see the garbage they come up with to be honest.The assessment was done on speakerphone so I know what was said by both parties.Many of the questions were asked in a very leading way in my opinion and we are expecting a refusal of benefit,although it was a 3 year renewal assessment and things have got worse not better for her over that time.
