Someone at our GP surgery finally got act together. Just a month ago the Jab Clinic was first-come-first served; waiting in stuffy waiting room with 20 or more others. No distancing or other anti-covid measures. All change, thank heavens. Surgery phoned me to offer jab. Given exact time of appointment. Arrived at said time. Jab clinic well away from main surgery. No queue, no waiting, in and out in less than a minute.
Have been able to arrange home visits from flu-jab nurse for a couple of elderly neighbours who are immobile and unable to get to clinic.
Also, have to agree with other posters; slight swelling and discomfort at jab hole in arm lasting longer than before.
