I got 10 years with light touch review in “16”.
I record every conversation with any dept of the DWP etc as I have short term memory loss and wouldn’t have a clue otherwise, at my interview I had asked them to record it and give me a copy, when I got there they said their equipment wasn’t working so I said I would use my phone and give them a copy via email at the end, they made unhappy noises but I told them about my condition and said I would need a full written copy taken by a third person otherwise, they let me record when I said that.
I record all my calls automatically anyway.
