We had no problems at all, if anything they could not do enough for us. Today was planned for a few weeks then, my daughter showed cv19 symptoms on Tuesday which meant we had to isolate until we got her test results. The results were due between 48hrs – 5 days which meant we may not be in a position to handover until potentially Tuesday 15th. Carl, our salesperson had our handover process on hold agreeing to handover at 3pm any day (Inc. Sunday!) as long as we could confirm a negative covid test by 10am the same day. Her negative result came thru at 8am this morning which meant, after all the phone calls and temp plans made, we completed handover today anyway! He and the VW Inchcape dealership were fabulous!!
