I bought mine from DVLA because it included the £80 fee. However, I took delivery of my new motability car on the 14th of this month and to my surprise, my personal plate wasn’t on the car. It would appear that DVLA won’t let motability put the personal plate on at the moment due to a covid related backlog. I did check with motability and they said it’s being reviewed at the end of this month so fingers crossed. The dealership made up my plates for me which are sitting there waiting.
